If online payment is available and selected as your chosen method of payment, you will be transferred to our payment partner's secure website to complete the transaction and returned to our confirmation page when the transaction is complete. We do not ask for or store credit card details.

The data you provide to create your account is collected by Muncheese and will be used only to provide you with an efficient fast food home delivery service. It will not be divulged, sold or given to any third parties whatsoever.

 

We may, from time to time, contact you in relation to our service and to offer you special discounts when applicable.

We use only two cookies on our site. The first is a necessary cookie called myid, an anonymous session cookie which is required to be able to make a purchase. The second is a functionality cookie called gallery-slideshow which simply records the number of the image being displayed in the slideshow of our home page. Account Deletion
Users can permanently delete their accounts at any time through the mobile app. To delete your account, you can follow the steps below:

1.Log in to the app.
2.Tap the "Account" button on the home screen.
3.On the page that opens, tap the "Account" heading at the top.
4.Tap the "Privacy" heading at the bottom of the My Account page.
5.Select the "Delete Account" option.
6.In the popup that appears, check the box next to the text "Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is permanent."
7.After checking the box, tap the "Delete My Account" button.


Once the account deletion process is complete, you will no longer be able to log in or place orders using your old account information through the relevant restaurant's website or mobile app. Users who wish to use the app again will need to create a new account.

Upon your account deletion request, your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, card and address information) is deleted from our systems. However, data that is legally required to be retained under applicable regulations — such as your order and invoice records — is retained solely for the duration required by applicable law and solely for the purpose required by that legal obligation. During this period, such data may only be accessed by limited personnel who are authorized to access it strictly for legal compliance purposes. Upon expiration of the retention period, this data is also deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
